Happy to see you here :) My name is Lux and I’m an aspiring peer support specialist and an autistic person that also lives with PTSD. In the process of treatment, I’ve realised there aren’t a lot of resources for people with one, let alone both, of these conditions - and I’ve received amazing medical care from doctors, case managers, and therapists. This is a compilation of questions and exercises I use to both reflect on my journey and needs and bring to discussion with my providers so they can better understand what I need. I’m not an expert in either condition, just my own experience, so take this all with a few grains of salt. I did have a therapist friend of mine review the questions, but again, this is NOT DOCTOR REVIEWED! Please seek professional help if you can, and don’t solely rely on this resource. Feel free to delete or change sections as you need to fit you.
